Obtained his MA in International Affairs/Conflict Analysis from the Norman Patterson School of International Affairs at Carleton University.
Currently working on his PhD at the Faculty of Political Science in Belgrade, where he is lecturing.
As correspondent of Agence France-Presse (AFP) from 1999 to 2005, he reported from Kosovo during the NATO bombings.
From 2005 to 2009 he was correspondent of the Tanjug news agency from the EU and NATO headquarters in Brussels.
